I met Renato, about a year and a half ago, after asking a cousin if she knew someone from the CrossFit who work with online coaching.
Saying that she knew a coach, that he trained strong athletes in Portugal, sending the link of facebook, and that according to her opinion was a good trainer, but very reserved.
After I read her responses, I had the feeling that he was the type of trainer I was looking for.
When viewing the Facebook profile of RC Training, a profile that did not advertise too much, I still liked it more (I think there are individuals who focus too much on likes, rather than what really matters), he was the coach he was looking for.
I then decided to contact Renato.
After a year and a half, I'm stronger, without any problem or injury.
Something that I like a lot about Renato, even though he has a great distance to separate us, is that he cares about his clients/athletes, be they recreational or professional. He also has the notion that we are not all the same, nor do we have the same lives, and can adapt the training to our needs.
The workouts are good and pleasant, but sometimes we think "Well this is going to hurt and make me cry", being a spectacular and tiring workout in the end.
